Population: 3,000 

 

Lifespan: 28-30 years

 

Distribution: Cross River State of Nigeria, Southwestern Cameroon and Bioko Island.

 

Habitat: Lowland, submontane rainforest and mature secondary forest

 

Threats: Habitat destruction and the bush meat trade

 

Wild Fact I: The Drill is one of the largest living monkeys

 

Wild Fact II: The male Drill can be recognised by the red line on their lower lip
